INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT FROM YOU

Account Information

Upon signing up to the myPORTER App, you are required to create an account. During the sign up process, you are required to add a payment method to book a service. All your payment details can be stored under an encrypted token, available for your use only when you choose to make a purchase.

Device Information

In an effort to monitor our App’s and websites responsiveness and functionality, specific data regarding your smartphone or computer may be captured, including its make, model, version, mobile operator and location. Such information will only be used to improve our service offerings and provide you with an even better user experience.

We may collect and process the following data about you:

Information that you provide by filling in forms on our Mobile Application or Website. This includes information provided at the time of registering to use our application, subscribing to our service, or requesting further services. We may also ask you for information when you create an account and when you report a problem with our Mobile Application; and we may ask further questions (for example, security questions), and collect information from your previous bookings.

Photographs of bags and images of passport we made and used for the purpose of co-operating with relevant security requirements.

IP ADDRESSES AND COOKIES
